Press release on the Foreign Minister's visit to Lisbon to attend the informal meeting of EU Foreign Ministers
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, travels to Lisbon to participate in the informal meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the European Union (Gymnich) that starts today in the evening and will continue throughout the day tomorrow (Thursday, 27/5).
During the meeting, the Foreign Ministers are expected to exchange views on EU-Africa relations, the unresolved conflicts in the EU's Eastern Neighborhood, and the EU's Indo-Pacific strategic outlook.
On the sidelines of the summit, EU Foreign Ministers will attend an informal working lunch hosted by the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU, with the participation of the Jordanian Foreign Minister, Mr. Ayman Safadi.
