In a ceremony held on October 18, 2020 at Al Husseiniya Palace, the new Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Mr. Michalis Ioannou, presented his credentials to King Abdullah II.
The Jordanian monarch welcomed the Cypriot Ambassador and wished him every success in his work, while expressing the will of the Kingdom to further strengthen the already very good relations between Cyprus and Jordan.
The Cypriot Ambassador conveyed to the Jordanian monarch the cordial greetings of the President of the Republic and stressed the great importance that Cyprus attaches to further enhancement of its excellent relations with Jordan.
