Typist /receptionist position, Havana

The Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Havana invites applications for employment for one full-time position of Typist Secretary/Receptionist. The Terms of employment will be governed by the "Guidelines for the Employment and the Terms of Service of Local Staff of Overseas Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Cyprus".

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative and secretarial support to the Embassy’s chancery
Managing correspondence in Spanish and English language
Reception and telephone duties

Qualifications and Competences:
Secretarial/administrative skills, requiring knowledge of general office management and archive processes - experience in relevant positions would be an advantage
Very good computer skills (incl. MS Office / MS Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
Working knowledge of the Greek language would be an advantage
Organisational and interpersonal skills, including communications skills
High Level of discretion and judgement

Salary: Yearly gross salary of €11,309 (€893 x 12 plus 13th salary €593)
