Annual Meeting of the Heads of Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Cyprus
The annual meeting of the Heads of Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Cyprus begins today in Nicosia, and will last until Friday, July 29.
During the meeting, the Cypriot Diplomats who accredited as Heads of Diplomatic Missions in states and International Organizations around the world, will have the opportunity to be thoroughly informed about the priorities and objectives of our country's foreign policy and to exchange views with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ioannis Kasoulides.
The Heads of Diplomatic Missions of the Republic will also have the opportunity to discuss with the Ministers of Finance, Interior, Energy, Trade and Industry, Defense as well as the Deputy Ministers of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy and Shipping on matters relating to their portfolio.
In addition, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Accountant General and the Director of the Press and Information Office will brief and exchange views with the Heads of Diplomatic Missions of the Republic, on official matters of their competence.
The participants in the meeting will be received by the President of the House of Representatives, Ms. Annita Demetriou.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Nikos Dendias, will be visiting Cyprus on the occasion of the annual meeting of the Heads of Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Cyprus.
