4 July 2022 - Press release regarding the participation of the Foreign Minister in the Economist Government Roundtable in Athens



The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ioannis Kasoulides, is leaving today for Athens, where tomorrow, Tuesday, July 5, he will participate in the Economist Government Roundtable, which will take place in Lagonisi.

Mr. Kasoulides will be a speaker on the panel "Effective Diplomacy in Unstable Times: The European Strategy for Peace and Stability", and he will participate in a discussion on the same topic with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, Mr. Nikos Dendias, the former Prime Minister of Italy, Enrico Letta, the US Ambassador to Greece, Mr. George Tsunis, the American Senator, Mr. Andreas Borgeas and the President of the Wilfried Martens Institute for European Studies, Mr. Mkulas Dzurinda.

During his presence in Athens, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will hold bilateral meetings and contacts with his counterparts and other officials participating in the Conference.

Mr. Kasoulides will return to Cyprus on the evening of Tuesday, July 5.
