Turkey is a compulsive rule-breaker of International Law when it stubbornly refuses to comply with repeated calls by the European Union and the international community to terminate its illegal activities and respect the sovereign rights of Cyprus, according to a Statement issued yesterday by the Presidency of the Republic.
