A team of 50 persons, comprising members of the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, foreign Ambassadors and diplomats based in Nicosia, as well as members of staff of foreign Embassies, cleaned the Agios Dimitrios Park in Strovolos on the morning of Saturday, October 31st.
The message from the team's participation, which was under the auspices of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and is part of the initiative "Let's do it, Cyprus!", was clear: joining forces and working together we can make a difference for the future of our planet.
"Let's do it, Cyprus!" is organized by the Together Cyprus Volunteer Network in collaboration with the Office of the Commissioner for the Environment and the Office of the Commissioner for Volunteerism & NGOs, and is part of the global campaign "Let's do it World!"
