VACANCY POSITION OF SECRETARY, EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS IN JAKARTA

The Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Jakarta invites applications for a full-time position of Secretary (with focus on consular duties). The Terms of Employment will be governed by the Guidelines for the Employment and the Terms of Service of Local Staff of Overseas Diplomatic Missions of the Republic of Cyprus.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Performing the whole range of consular duties of the Diplomatic Mission
- Administrative and secretarial support to the Diplomatic Mission
- Preparation and handling of correspondence
- Reception and telephone duties
- Contributing to the whole range of the Diplomatic Mission’s work
- Any other duties relating to the Diplomatic Mission’s work that may be assigned.

Qualifications and Competences:

-Secretarial, administrative and organisational skills
- Customer service skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook and good IT skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. A working knowledge of the Greek language would be an advantage.
- Sound judgement and the ability to carry out tasks with a high degree of independence
- Interpersonal skills, including communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
- A high level of discretion
- Previous experience in relevant positions would be an advantage.

Salary: Annual gross salary 171,600,000 IDR (12 + 1 months)
