Clerk position with duties of Building Maintenance Technician, High Commission of Cyprus in London

The High Commission of the Republic of Cyprus in London accepts applications for one (1) full-time Clerk position with duties of Building Maintenance Technician, on terms of on-site staff. The monthly gross salary of the position is GBP £2403.50.

The duties of the position include, inter alia, monitoring and supervising all issues related to the maintenance of the building of the High Commission and the High Commissioner’s Residence and coordination with competent companies, control of alarm and fire safety systems, maintenance of computerized systems and computers, and general office duties.

Required Qualifications / Certificates:

• Graduate of Secondary School
• At least five years of experience in projects related to the construction or maintenance of buildings and electromechanical systems.
• Very good knowledge of English and Greek.
• Very good computer and internet skills.
• Certificate of a Clean Criminal Record.
• A Technical School baccalaureate, or a Tertiary Education diploma in Engineering or Technical Engineering, will be an advantage.
