A team put together by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will take part on Saturday, 31 October 2020, in the campaign “Let’s do it Cyprus!” organized by the Network for Volunteers ‘Together Cyprus’, in collaboration with the Office of the Commissioner for the Environment and the Office of the Commissioner for Volunteerism & NGOs. Let’s do it Cyprus! is part of ‘Let’s do it World!’, a global clean-up campaign that aims to rid the natural areas of the world of rubbish.
Our team, that will clean up Ayios Dimitrios Municpal Park in Strovolos between 9-11 in the morning, includes members of our own staff, as well as Heads of foreign Diplomatic Missions in Nicosia and members of their staff.
The team’s participation is under the auspices of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, who will also participate on the day.
