The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs Cypriot citizens intending to travel to Peru that due to the recent political developments in the country and the declaration of a state of emergency they are advised to avoid travelling to the country, unless, this is necessary. Cypriot Citizens in the country are advised to limit their movements, follow closely the security situation and avoid places of demonstrations or of large gatherings. They are also advised to follow local and international media and the instructions of local Authorities.

Cypriot citizens in Peru may if they wish to register with the online platform www.connect2cy.gov.cy
